Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply when booking The Manor House facilities. Your confirmation of the booking will signify acceptance of these conditions.

Deposit
A £500.00 non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking. If a deposit is not received within fourteen days of making a provisional booking it will be automatically released.

Cancellation
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation and the hotel is unable to re-let the space, the following charges shall apply for confirmed bookings:

Final Numbers
If you give us at least two weeks notice prior to the date of your event you can reduce your original numbers by 10% without charge. Any additional reductions will be charged in full.

Payment
In addition to your deposit, 50% non-refundable of the balance is payable 6 months prior to the event. Those bookings confirmed with 6 months will be requied to pay 50% non-refundable of the final balance on confirmation in addition to the deposit. The final balance is then required 14 days prior to the event.

Amendments by the Client
Any amendments you decide to make to your booking must be confirmed to the hotel in writing.

Amendments by The Manor House
The Manor House do not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of the package or for any delays arising as a result of:
Exceptional adverse weather conditions
Loss or damage by fire or floods, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control, or for any service provided by a 3rd party.

Damages
Clients will be responsible for any damage caused to furniture, fixtures or fittings during their stay and may be charged before departure.

Credit Facilities
The company reserves the right to grant, refuse or limit credit facilities.
