2.The Miscarriage Association
The Miscarriage
Association, funded by a Lottery grant, has commissioned research
into behavioural and lifestyle factors in miscarriage risk.
The project was started in March 2000 and is called The National
Women's Health Study. A questionnaire has been developed covering
subjects which may affect pregnancy. These include smoking,
diet, exercise, stress, medical conditions etc. The results
are expected to be published by Spring 2002.
