Weather Cam

The Kirkintilloch weather Cam looking North West. Photograph updated every twenty minutes.

Its taken a while folks and I know its not the most interesting of views but its working and the pics are high res. The pic taken on a broken Olympus C-860L that I bought off Ebay for £20. The camera is remotely operated by some shareware software called PhotoPC. It works great and the photos come out at 1.3MPixels. I may increase the photo rate to 1 minute when I take the plunge to broadband. Long term the camera really should be mounted on the roof so that it looks towards the Campsies fells. The view are spectacular.
