Some rooms in the church are available to outside organisations for clubs, family-friendly events and on Saturday afternoons for children's parties.
Rooms need to be booked well in advance, particularly evenings and Saturday afternoons. Church activities take priority, so some block bookings may not be possible. All lettings must conform to our ethos. For instance, we do not generally accept Sunday bookings and alcohol is not allowed on church premises. See the foot of this page for more information.
The fee (see below) covers a 4-hour slot and programed heating as appropriate. Regular users may negotiate hourly rates and are invoiced monthly or quarterly; organisers of one-off events pay on arrival (no booking fee required). Leaders of groups using the premises on a regular basis may have their own key to the car park and rear entrance, against a deposit of £10. When several groups are meeting at the same time, sufficient car parking spaces cannot be guaranteed.
The toilet suite has baby-changing facilities and is accessible to people with disabilities.
Contact the Lettings Secretary on 0116 223 0486 or the church office to make a booking.

In particular, organizers of activities must comply with the church's policies on safeguarding children and safeguarding vulnerable adults if they apply.
All organisers of regular activities must be familiar with our
Health and Safety Handbook,
whilst our catering kitchen is subject to strict
Health and Hygiene Requirements
