We stood behind the barriers on the opposite side to them all.
We picked the right place, as we found out the cars would stop right by us ^_^
at 6:50 Emily Mortimer arrived first, she came out of the car, and we called her, she came straight over, and signed her autograph on some of Hannah's lined paper, but she did it wrong and didn't like it, so she re-did it!
Then Woody came, his car stopped right outside the red carpet, and he went straight into the cinema.
Then another car pulled up right by us.
Hannah dropped my mag over the barrier right next to Jonny feet, his PR woman picked the mag up for her!
He then went over to the tv press side to do interviews for a good 10-15 mins before coming back over our side a bit further up the line to sign more autographs.
Reena his Girlfriend was waiting very patiencely in the cold near the red carpet!. When he signed all the autographs he went over and kissed Reena (aww was so sweet!)
James Nesbitt came over, but signed autographs ahead of us, he even signed a poster attached to the barriers.
Jonathan and James both gave each other a lovely hug! and the rain started coming down hard,so they headed into the theatre.
Scarlett Johannson came, the press went MAD, she was doing lots of tv interview but a guy had to get an umbrella from the cinema to protect her.
Woddy Allen had also come outside at some part of the evening to do press interviews.
scarlett was the last person in at 7:20 (she should have been in 5 mins before!)
We then left the cinema, it was a freezing cold night and when I went to move I nearly fell over!... so we went insearch of a place to get a hot drink! (starbucks round the corner where we had two lovely hot chocolate drinks topped with whipped cream!
It was a really exciting evening, and not a bit dissapointed.
poor Hannah, I couldn't stop talking about the locking eyes with Jonathan when he got out the car!
My name is Hannah, and this is my page from when I met Jonathan with my Friend Hannah (Ch) at the Premere of Match Point in London
On the Friday, Alyse had posted on her site some Info about the UK premere of Match Point, and after myself and Jenny tried tracking down each location while they were filming the movie, we had no success so we said we'd deffently go to the premere.
But with only 2 days till the premere, I couldn't get hold of Jenny. So I asked my Best friend Hannah Ch (who is also my concert buddie!) if she wanted to come.
And after a plague of text messages and an e-mail, Hannah phoned me Saturday evening saying she could go.
We Left Croxley Station at 5pm, and arrived at Green Park Station at 5:45pm.
We turned right out of the station, crossed two roads and walked down the third called Half Moon Street. We walked to the end of the short street and turned left. There in front of us in big blue letters "Curzon". so we walked till we got there. As we were walking up there wern't many people, but down the side of Curzon was barriers, by the red carpet to the left of the doors were the camera crews (BBC news, gmtv and more!) and to the right of the doors were the press getting ready to snap pics of the stars.
we first stood at the top end of the road. Hannah asked a policeman which end of the street the cars would be coming, they would come from the left. So we moved down to where the beginning of the barriers as some people had moved away.
As soon as the door opened I took one look at the side of the face and KNEW it was Jonathan (i said to Hannah -IT'S JONNY) So we both shouted "JONATHAN"
He looked me and Hannah straight in our eyes and came straight over and asked "how are ya" in his cute Irish accent.
He signed my Jonathan article in the Marie Claire magazine that Hannah was in charge with, before going "Do I really look like that"
I was trying to take pictures but had to put up with people putting there hands over my head trying to get his autograph.
He had also taken my pen, so before moving to the press area, he said to Hannah something like "and heres your pen back" and placed the lid back on it!!!.
He then did pictures for the press.
He was also smoking his ciggrette!
After she did the interviews she came over to sign lots of autographs, but went ahead of us, even with us calling her she didn't come down to us.
she thenn said "I must go in" she headed over to the enterance, took her long jacket off to revel he stunning dress. She then walked up and down by the press in the rain, before rushing inside.

When I met Jonny a second time at Mi:III premiere in London 25/4/06
aww Jonathan was really nice,
I had a group of girls in front of me and a (tall) bloke! We were right in front of the glass doors where the red carpet leads into odeon.
No i didn't know the girls but they'd been there since 7am (they were nearly the first to arrive)
So i was like in the secord row behind.
They were there for Tom, but I asked really nicely that when Jonny shows can the bloke let me to the front of the bar.
So when jonathan started coming up, one girl took my camera (he was near capital fm studios so) so she took a pic to make sure he was the right guy, and they just kept a tab on him for me.
then when he did come up, he did a GMTV interview for Jenny falkener, and only half way through i recorded some of it! but cut off the ending! (i think it was so i didn't drain my battery)
Then he did some pics for the press, and he then said he'll be back to do some signing.
Minutes later, and a few other celebs were interviewed by Jenny (Simon Webbe -ex boyband blue member, and tv presenter Graham Norton) Jonny came and started at the top to my left.
Camera in one hand, mag and pen in the other, getting crushed by the crowd, I said "JONATHAN" about 5 times, not many people had autographs from him.
so he came to me and i said is it possible you could please sign my mag? (it's the interview mag with the first pic of him standing up looking cheeky)
He said "yes sure", so he tried signing upwards but the mag calasped, so he crouched down and signed it. He went to put the lid on my pen, but the pen went flying! so chased after it!
I then said is it possible to have my picture with him, he said:
"yeah sure, i'll have to do it" So bless him he gets down to my height, holds the camera out and snaps. But it was too close, so he said ah, lets try again, but again its too close.
so he goes "BABS, BABS" -Renna looks at him, Jonathan says "can you take the pic?"
well she takes my cam and takes the pic, but she couldn''t see it come up on the screen so I said oh I haven't got it on live pic.
Reena hands the camera back to Jonathan and he says "well you have two pictures on there anyway" :D - so I said thank you very much Jonathan in a very emotional voice and he smiles at me, whilst he signs another autograph.
The girls next to me rub my should and said awww you got a picture with him, aww you ok.-yeah I reply,
and theres me just snapping away taking pic of jonny going down the line.
Then Jonathan went into the foyar, and did some pics with Reena, before coming back out again.
Tom created a new record and beat him previous signing time, clocking I think 3 or was it 4 hours?
But from what I was hearing from PR's on the red carpet, the Mi:III cast were just doing autographs, pics, taking phonecalls, doing interviews, then going into the foyay and doing official interviews and photoshoots, then came back out.
They wern't staying for the screening, as they were catching a flight to Paris.
Tom Cruise and cast started the signings over at the West End Odeon in Leister Square, which was long! -tom should have started from the red carpet down!
After Jonathan dissapeared, I decided to go, as I'd not eaten since 1:30pm, at it was now 8pm, so I didn't get to seeTom, he was another hour or so away!
I didn't notice what Jonathan smelt like, but my face was against his cheek at one point in the pic. And No I didn't get a kiss. but he was a real gentleman :D
