-As soon as the safety car is deployed your not allowed to pit for fuel, you are allowed to come in for tyres, which is a sefety measure incase you run over some debrie and pick up a punture. But if the driver does pit for fuel its a 10 sec penalty.
So until the pit lane sign opens it will mean the cars will queue up behind each team mate and resemble a busy petrol station

KERS "Kinetic Energy Recovery System", This is a regenerative brake device that is designed to recover some of the vehicle's kinetic energy that is normally dissipated as heat during braking. The recovered energy could be stored electrically, in a battery or supercapacitor, or mechanically, in a flywheel, for use as a source of additional accelerative power at the driver's discretion.

A change can be made after five years but only with the unanimous agreement of all stakeholders and following a further two-year notice period.

Total freeze means that there will be no exceptions for development of certain parts of the engine, as is the case under the current regulations.

Rumoured: Bernie Ecclestone wants to change the current scoring points for the drivers. The three first would receive a medal, respectively gold, silver or bronze, and the rest wouldn't score. The current points system would continue for the teams.
