Winners of the ACYFL Sportsmanship Trophies for season 2008/09
Congratulations to our Athletic U10, U18 and Youth U15 who have been awarded the ACYFL Sportsmanship Trophies for their respective age groups.

Worthing Minors Presentation Night
Another season finished so it must be presentation night. With all teams from under 7's to under 18's attending the Assemblty hall was again full.
Club awards this year were:
Chairmans Cup Club Person of the Year:
Andre Hayde.
Derek Jordan Sportsmanship Cup:
Under 11 Athletic.
Rod Chapman Trophy Special Achievement:
Under 15 Athletic.
J.M. Chapman Trophy Best League Performance :
Under 10 Athletic.
Jack Edwards Best Overall Worthing Minors Team of the Season :
Under 14 Girls.
Thanks also to all involved in making this another enjoyable evening.

Northchapel Tournament Winners
Congratulations to our Under 14's Youth team who won the Northchapel Colts 2009 6-a-side tournament.

Small Sided Tournament Applications Closed
All age groups are complete for our Summer tournament so applications are now closed with the exception of 1 team for the following ages, Under 7, Under 12, under 14 girls and the Under 15/16 girls. If you wish to enter a team in any of these age groups please phone our club Secretary Andre Hayde on 01903 530904. Acceptance and rejection letters will be sent out shortly.

Cup Final Winners
Congratulations to our Under 15's Athletic team for winning the ACYFL Invitation Cup Final at Arundel Football. The final score 2-1.

Cup Runners up
Congratulations to our Men's team who were narrowly defeated in the Division 2 Cup final of the Worthing & Horsham District Sunday League at Culver road. With the score at 1-1 aet they lost 7-8 on penalties.

League Runners up
Congratulations to our Under 13's Youth team who came second on Division C of the ACYFL U13 league.

Tesco Vouchers
The club is again collecting Tesco vouchers. If you do receive any please pass them to your team manager.

Cup Final Winners
Congratulations to our Under 10's Athletic team for Winning the ACYFL Invitation Cup Final held at Arundel Football Club.

Cup Final Winners
Congratulations to our Girls Under 14's team for Winning the Sussex County Women and Girls League Challenge Cup Final. They will now represent Sussex in the first round of the National Tournament on April 18th.

Worthing Minors YFC Presentation Night
our Presentation night this year will be held on Friday 15th May, Doors open at 7:00pm for 7:30 start at the Worthing Assembly Hall.

Players required for Under 11 Youth Team
Our Under 11 youth team are still looking for players to strengthen the team. If you are interested and want to find out more the please contact the teams manager Steve Mort-Hill or our club Chairman.

Pre Season Friendlies
All managers are reminded that the club secretary must be imformed of the following details if your team is involved in a friendly fixture.
The date of fixture, the opposing team name, the venue, the KO time.
This applies to both home and away fixtures.

ACYFL key dates
20 August 2008 - Deadline for minimum number of players to be registered.
29 August 2008 - Players not eligible to play in first match of the season unless registered by this date.
7 September 2008 - Season kicks off.

ACYFL Under 13's Challenge Cup Winners 07/08
Congratulations to our Under 13's Youth team who won the Challenge Cup Final by 5 goals to 1 in a well contested and exciting game against Shopwhyke Rovers.

ACYFL Under 14's League Div B Winners 07/08
Congratulations to our Under 14's Athletic team who are this years winners of the division B title.

ACYFL Under 16's Invitation Cup Winners 07/08
Congratulations to our Under 16's Youth team who won the final in an exciting game against Lancing Rangers. The final score was 4 - 2 after extra time.
