Don’t think you can’t make these-you can .
These plans will take you through the whole process of making a puzzle box. All the movements have been worked out and tested. When you’re finished, you’ll have a puzzle to be proud of, and it won’t cost you any more than the plan and wood you used. Although these puzzles are precise, we’re not talking about thousands of an inch precision! These puzzles may not have the extremely high quality of genuine Oriental boxes, but they do look good, and they operate just the same way as the very expensive boxes.
All you need are simple woodwork tools (see the Extras page).
