Black Country Museum

Beamish has also at least one trolleybus in store, and a short length of wire for running alongside the trams there, but as far as I know trolleys are not allowed to run on public days, as they are too new for the period of the museum. Click HERE for a shot of Beamish's Newcastle trolleybus number 501 in store in their depot, restored and in working order. It is currently on loan to the Trolleybus Museum at Sandtoft, where it operates along with others in the fleet.

Now, the following museums are not in the UK, but they have trolleybuses, and I have visited and taken photographs:

Halton County Radial Railway run by the Ontario Electric Railway Historical Association (Canada).

La Spezia Transport Museum (Italy).

Bologna Transport Museum (Italy).
