The club is giving this internet booking system a full trial this year after many requests from club members. To avoid double booking there will be no paper system. We hope that you will find it more convenient, For members who just come to regular club sessions nothing will change as those times will stay the same.

The Court booking system is hosted on the Anglia Croquet website but our direct link is for Letchworth club members only.

You can use this website to see what courts are in use, at what time, any day and whether there are club sessions for AC or GC, whether time is needed for grounds maintenance or if there are matches against other clubs, or club one-day tournaments.

When you click on the connection you will see the bookings for today.

Before you can change anything you have to log in as a User.

 Click ‘Log In’ at top right.

You need to select Letchworth from drop-down menu. I have set all club members as a user, entering each member’s name as it is in the Club membership list e.g. Ann Other and each person’s password is their postcode in lowercase and no gaps e.g. sg62ww. The Anglia Croquet webmaster suggests that you change your password to something memorable when you first log in.

If you wish to book a court for a game, inter-club match, grounds maintenance etc. you click on the empty time slot that is convenient. Court 1P is court nearest carpark with primary colour balls and Court 1S is the same but secondary colour balls, Please specify whether you are playing AC or GC so the next person booking can see if it is possible to double bank on the court.
