Nottingham, England

On Saturday 22nd June William's descendants met brother Joseph's descendants for the first time. Pam (Appleton) Ames and her daughter Jennifer, descendants of another brother John Thomas were also there. Pamela, born in Canada, now lives in Argentina. 80 family members were present.

Taber, Alberta, Canada

On Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th July there was a very special Reunion of the descendants of Joseph Appleton and Martha Longworth in The  Municipal Park, Taber, Alberta, Canada. Descendants of each of Joseph and Martha's married children were together for the first time in 90 years and 90 Family members were present to share family fellowship, stories and photos.

On Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th August we met John McQueen (Jack) Appleton and his wife Eileen in Toronto. Jack is the son of John Roper Appleton and a grandson of John Thomas Appleton and his second wife Olive Roper.
