Ordering If you have ordered from the Shop, or intend to order, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your order more special. For example, if you are going to order more than 10 garments, this constitutes a Bulk order, and shipping can be much cheaper - especially if shipping to North America. In cases like this, let us know your order prior to sending it, and we will reemburse you the difference in postage when your order is ready. Alternatively if you know of a cheaper courier, let us know and we will use them instead. Quality All products are produced from the highest quality wool, Cotton or Linen and Cotton and handknit by experienced knitters. Materials We manufacture Aran and Linen/Cotton Garments from scratch. Our customers are guaranteed satisfaction from us because they can tell us exactly what they want. Returns If in any way, you are unhappy or unsatisfied with our service, please email us at the address below stating the nature of your problem. Also read our Terms and Conditions in the Shop section. Send any complaints to The Manager and we will try to rectify them as soon as possible. *Remember, our garments are hand knit from scratch and can entail intricate designs. This can take from 3 Weeks for a single garment to 2 Months for a large order.
