The sports hall is at Copleston Centre. The easiest way is come off the A14 at Asda (The first exit for Ipswich) go down Norwich Road until you get to the double mini roundabout, where you turn left . Keep straight on at the traffic lights, straight over 4 roundabouts (it's a long road) and turn right at the fifth towards Felixstowe (This roundabout is after you pass various shops including Wongs Chinese Restaurant) .

Straight past Ipswich Hospital and turn right at the next roundabout into Foxhall Road. Copleston Centre is on your right about 150 yards up this road, opposite the St Clements Hospital.

Come off at Toys R Us, Down London Road to bottom of hill straight over lights (Sainsburys on left) Turn left at roundabout into Yarmouth Road, straight into Chevalier street and straight over at those bloody mini roundabout things.
