The following information and tariff's are based on similar properties in the area, but we must point out that this apartment is one of the best situated on this complex and is decorated and tastefully furnished to a high standard.
Please note that the payments must be paid in Euros into our bank in Spain ( at the current exchange rate ) or alternitivly paid by sterling bank transfer or cheque.
There is a deposit of €20 payable to our agents locally when collecting keys, this is for replacement of lost keys and is refundable once the keys are handed back at the end of your stay. If vehicle access is required then there is an additional refundable deposit to pay of €50, this is for the fob which operates the electic vehicle access gates.
The apartment is supplied with all bedding, but advise that due to previous losses, we now only supply ONE bath towel per person, which MUST not be taken out of the apartment. PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS
Vacation of the property should be by 1200hrs on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with our agents locally.

Please note, although the property is advertised as sleeping five, this is geared around families with children. The maximum adult occupancy is FOUR. We would very much appreciate it if you would abide by our NO SMOKING policy inside the apartment at ALL TIMES. This is for the benifit of everyone including any future guests. And we also request that strictly no pets are allowed in the apartment.

It is important to note that the landlords are in no way liable for any injury or loss of items during your stay in the apartment. Please obtain your own comprehensive insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, delay etc. However, in the event of cancellation by us (the owners) then all monies will be refunded. It is the responsability of the tenants to ensure that the apartment is fully secured and kept clean at all times.

This apartment is our second home, not just for investment, and we trust that all who stay there will treat it with the respect they give their own property. Thank you.

NEW SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE:
We will now be able to provide a welcome pack if required typically consisting of; Water, milk, marg, bread, fresh orange, tea bags, coffee, sugar, bottle of wine, biscuits & eggs, at a cost of €15 payable locally to our agents on arrival, if this facility is required please order when confirming booking.
If a cot, travel cot, childrens toys or buggies are required there are a couple of very good nursery hire shops in the area. Kidease Nursery Hire and Holitots.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Our agents provide an airport transfer service at very reasonable prices: Alicante return trip is €70, Murcia return trip is €50, please note there is an additional charge of €20 if after 10pm. They have a 7 seat vehicle so picking up 4 people and luggage should not be a problem, were as a local taxi might be ( could require 2 taxi's for 4 + luggage ) If this service is required it should be arranged once booking is confirmed and at least eight weeks before departure. Please ask for details.

The following prices are based on current market exchange rate,(currency converter) Which was correct as of 7th April 2009, 
and are based on: PER APARTMENT/PER WEEK. These prices do NOT include end of stay cleaning/changeover cost, 
this will be €50 and is paid locally to our agents.

A £75 deposit is payable to secure the booking, which will be held as a breakages/damage deposit, this deposit will be refunded after 
your stay once a satisfactory inspection of the property has been carried out by our agents. The final balance due 8 weeks before departure.
Cancellation refunds:  6-8 weeks before departure:- 100% : 4-5 weeks:- 50% : 2-3 weeks:- 25% : less than 2 weeks:- no refund. 
We (the lanlords) hold the right to cancel any booking if terms of the booking (contract) are broken.
Minimum rental period is 3 days, with the daily rates as indicated below, except for June to Sept when minimum rental period 
is one week.

Long term lets (4 weeks or more) available, but due to the popularity of this apartment and advanced bookings 
taken already you will need to contact the owners in plenty of time by phone or e-mail as below and ask for
