The Norfolk Lymphoma Group was formed in 2003 by the Lymphoma Association to raise awareness of Lymphoma, particularly in Norfolk.  Lymphoma is considered to be the ‘Cinderella’ of all the different types of cancer and gets very little ‘publicity’ compared with other forms of this disease.  David Cooke, himself a sufferer, had been fundraising alone for the Association and it was a logical step for the Lymphoma Association to ask him to form a local committee.

Various fundraising events have been held over the last few years and the Support Group has been re-launched to help families having to deal with diagnosis, treatment etc.  Dr Ian Gibson MP is a Patron of the organisation and the NLG enjoys his full support of its aims and objectives.
