AUDIO VIDEO AMUSEMENTS

Q: I am unable to Transfer music?

A: The jukebox must be in an idle state, ie not
     playing any music, also the BGM must be
     switched off.

Q: The Christmas category is showing, but its
     July?

A: The Christmas category is timed to appear
     on the 1st Dec to 6th Jan. If it appears at any
     other time the computers time & date may
     need adjusting in the BIOS menu. Connect a
     keyboard the the mother board & tap the
    delete key at bootup to enter the BIOS menu.

Q: I am experiencing slight distortion & cliping 
     on a few tracks?

A: Try turning down the Jukebox input gain
     to -5db.

Q: My Jukebox will not boot up, it says
     "JVM could not be started"?

A: It is likely your Jukebox computer has
     been affected by a mains spike. You 
     will have to restore the computer with
     the Restore disc which was supplied
     with your Jukebox. Try restoring the OS
     before doing a Full restore.
     If you have to do a full restore you will
     have reload your music afterwards.

Q: My Jukebox is showing a Dongle error?

A: It is very unlikely the Dongle is faulty, 
     try unpluging the dongle, then refit the
     dongle checking the dongle is firmly
     seated then reboot the Jukebox.
