Apologies to any one who has found this site due to spam e-mail. The account name has been spoofed on various occasions.

Please remember that keeping and breeding chinchillas is my hobby, not my job. I do have a normal day job which means I will not be here to answer your e-mail within minutes of it being sent. Try to be patient, you will get a reply, but it will be in my own time. Replies will normally be sent within two days, less where possible.

If you do not hear from me within four days contact me again. It is possible that your e-mail has ended up in my Junk Folder (with over two hundred e-mails per day on average for myself and other family members this does happen), or just not reached me (it does happen with e-mail in the same way that normal letters can get lost in the post).

I have also know my replies to go missing as well. Please be aware of this, not like one person who sent me quite a nasty e-mail complaining of my lack of support when I had in fact replied within a few days of her initial e-mail. My seven year old daughter opened this e-mail and was very upset by the contents.

I also work on-call, so may be away overnight or weekends. As such you may not hear from me until the next day, or possibly the next week.
