Bolton Ramblers Sunday Coach Rambles

The Sunday coach ramble is normally on the third Sunday of the month.

The coach picks up at Chequerbent roundabout on the A6 at 7.45am, on Wigan Road and Deane Road on the way into Bolton Town Centre. The main pick up is on Deane Road by the car park near the Fire station, opposite the college. Any other pick ups are dependent on the route to the walk starting point.

The walks are usually part of a long distance footpath or could be walks with a particular theme.

The walk length will depend on the availabilty of coach parking points for dropoff and pick up. The walk leader will try to arrange a toilet stop before starting walking and to finish where there are cafes and/or pubs for refreshments before driving home but this is not always possible.

Please take a change of footwear and remove muddy boots before getting on the coach.
