    All bookings accepted by the owners are subject to these terms and conditions and the receipt of your deposit payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

    Booking Conditions
    A tenative reservation will be held for 1 week, to enable a deposit of £150 (or $220) to be received by the owners, which will confirm the booking.
    Full settlement of the balance must be received by the owners 8 weeks prior to the booking commencement date.
    In the event that payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and the deposit may be forfeited.
    If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival, we request payment in full, at the time of booking.

    Payments can be made in either US Dollars or GB Pounds (according to your choice) by either a UK Sterling or US Dollar cheque, or by electronic bank transfer or via Paypal. (Because of the fees imposed on us by Card Companies and in order to maintain our highly competitive prices we have no option but to charge a fee of 3.5% for using Paypal)
    Receipts will be provided for all monies paid to the owners and will be sent with a booking confirmation.
    The receipt for the balance payment will be sent with full final details, including the directions to the resort and the key collection arrangements.

    The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 persons (plus a baby using the cot) and the lead guest must be a minimum of twenty-one years of age.

    Florida Sales Tax
    A local Florida sales tax is chargeable on all holiday accommodation. However this is included within the daily rates quoted here. This will be noted on your Booking Confirmation.

    Cancellation Policy
    In the event that you have to cancel your booking, the following will apply.
    All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (or by email) by the person who made the booking.
    Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the resort, an admin fee of £50 will be charged.
    Cancellations received less than 8 weeks, but more than 2 weeks prior to your arrival at the resort incurs 50% of the rental fee.
    Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival at the resort or 'No Shows' will forfeit 100% of rental fee.

    In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to find suitable alternative accommodation. Should you choose not to take the alternative offered, we will refund only the monies paid for your booking. No other compensation will be paid.

    Changes to Booking
    If after our confirmation has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, we will do our best to accommodate these requirements. However there will be an administration charge of £15 plus any additional costs that may be incurred.

    Acceptable forms of payment at the Resort Reception
    Major Credit Cards, Cash and Travellers Cheques are accepted. However Personal Cheques are not acceptable.

    Check-in/out
    Bahama Bay resort check-in time is normally 4pm, but guests arriving earlier may make use of the site facilities until the apartment is available. Check-out is 10am. These times allow housekeeping to clean the apartment ready for the next guest.
    Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
    If you intend to arrive late please let us know, so that we can inform the resort

    Security Deposit
    A credit card imprint for $200 will be taken at the time of your check-in at the Resort reception, to cover any incidental expenses or possible damages (an optional damage insurance, may be purchased at check in), telephone calls and other incidentals. The credit card holder must be the primary guest on the booking. This Credit card imprint will be cancelled at check-out, subject to their being no damage or incidental charges

    Safety
    We do not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused by any reason or for any claim made as a result of this booking and/or your subsequent holiday. This condition applies to all guests included in the booking party and to any person visiting the property as your guest. We therefore advise all guests to have full holiday insurance.

    Other Services
    Long Distance Telephone Calls - the apartment has a private telephone, which is not connected to the central switchboard. Local calls are free but may have a switchboard connection charge and all long distance calls will be charged to the credit card supplied at check in.

    Departure Cleaning
    Normally there is a one off departure cleaning fee, which should be settled at Reception at the time of check-in. However this is included within the daily rates quoted here. This will be noted on your Booking Confirmation.

    Smoking
    All buildings at the Resort including our Condo are non-smoking.
    Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas, including Patios and Balconies.
    When smoking on the balcony, please keep the sliding doors closed to avoid smoke entering the unit.
    Smoking within the Condo (or if on the balcony and it results in the unit smelling of smoke), will result in an additional cleaning charge ($250 minimum).

    Pets
    Regrettably pets are not permitted at Bahama Bay Resort.


    Illegal Drugs
    The resort has a zero tolerance policy.


    Noise
    For the benefit of everyone, noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm.

    Facilities
    Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions of the apartment and its nearby facilities are accurate, the owner cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any changes.

    Integra Resort Management oversees the running of Bahama Bay Resort and is responsible for maintaining our apartment at a high standard. If you should have any queries during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact Integra via the Reception Desk at the Clubhouse and they will assist you in any way possible.

    Complaints
    In the unlikely event of a complaint about the apartment, the matter should first be taken up with Integra Resort Management, who are managing the property on our behalf. If this fails to resolve the issue, we should be informed immediately. Failure to act in this manner may result in us being unable to deal with the complaint.
