What will the 'sitter' do whilst she is here?
The sitter will live in your property, helping to increase its security. She will keep relevant areas of the house clean and tidy; water plants, deal with callers, take phone messages if required, care for pets and livestock according to your instructions. If you wish to make arrangements for additional tasks you may do so.

What if problems arise?
The sitter will react sensibly to emergencies, liaising with the property owner if possible, and contacting relevant personnel.

What about food and living expenses?
The sitter will expect a normal standard of living, but will not take advantage beyond daily needs.

What about insurance?
Insurance cover is not included for property. The sitters are covered by their own personal accident insurance in the case of injury whilst working on your property.
