Objective: To assess by price and quality Greene King IPA as served by establishments on the B197 (Stevenage High Street and continuum) between TL232268 and TL235244
Purpose: Service to the community.
Methodology: Purchase a pint of Greene King IPA for each of 8 team members (experts and lay members) in each of 7 public houses. Record the price per pint. Drink the beer. Each team member assess the beer quality as a % relative to the Granby benchmark (= 70%). Calculate, using basic mathematical principles, and compare quality/ price ratings for each beer.
