Spot the difference. The above photograph was taken in 2005. The one below in 2004. OK some changes in personnel, but the main difference was .... temperature.
The 5s team biked the 54 miles to the seaside in searing heat this year and stayed for quite a few hours lapping up the sunshine. Once again £thousands were raised for the British Heart Foundation and everyone had a great time. Congratulations especially to "Old" Hutch for finishing second in his first L2B (hundred lines to The Skipper - "It is NOT a Race"). Many thanks to the support team and especially Chris, DH (looking fit but far too soon after his heart op to take part), James and Icon Connect.
Unfortunately the weather at Brighton in 2004 was not conducive to relaxing on the beach.
