Basically the aim of self defence is to make the opponent “STOP” what he is doing, you Attack their vital areas to force him to stop. Trying to ensure a choke, hold, rape, etc. Or even stop them hurting someone else.
1. Make him loose concentration, if a person stops thinking about hitting you. He will stop trying to hit you. 2. Interfere with there control over there body if they have a bruised nerve in there arm and can not form a fist they cannot hit you. 3. Destroy the integrity of their body, i.e. if there forearm is broken they will not try to hit you. Whether they can form a fist or not.
Deadly force
If the thing the person must stop is to stop living. There are three ways of accomplishing this end.
1. Destroy the central nervous system. 2. Destroy or interfere with the circulation. 3. Interfere with the breathing system.
Always remember.
If any part of your opponent's body is close enough to strike, you can hurt them.
