Help!  I have a Ferguson FV91LV  Which has a dead power supply.

 Has worked for years with no problems just routine maintenance.
 Was switched off for 2 minutes while moving swapping vcr's and on
 re-connection unit the VCR failed to power up.

 I can find no local suppliers for an exchange or repair kit for this part.
 (Glasgow).

 Although, I suspect that it has a faulty timer IC.  The supply "Ticks" at
 1 second intervals.  Had suspected 220 TI, which I had suspected was a
 thermal interupt, but on inspection proves to be good.

 All Caps appear to be OK, not dried up or leaky.
