Project Log

March 2005 - Made initial 3D model design and concept drawings

April  2005 - A friend finds a useful piece of extrusion (Cheers Andy)

August 2005 - A discussion on Epiacenter.com rekindles my interest in the concept. The case body parts are cut and bent into shape.

April 2006 - The purchase of an iBase ITX board for my PVR project frees up the P4-ITX board for use in this project. I get the two case halves welded together.

20th May - Lew, a friend, arrives with a piece of 6mm ally plate for the base as I type the first draft of this web site.

October - Machined a copper  block and fitted the heat-sink, tested the cooling and wired the HDD.

November - Installed Ubantu Linux onto a new 2.5” 40GB Toshiba HDD
