This property has 3 double bedrooms each with two single beds. It also has two bathrooms, with the upstairs bathroom consisting of bath with shower over, basin & WC. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, basin & WC.

The house also has a private solarium with chairs/sun beds and table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, a washing machine and a 4 ring electric cooker above an oven/grill combination with an extractor hood above. It also has a kettle, toaster and a microwave. There is ample crockery, glassware and cutlery and all the usual kitchen items in the drawers and cupboards.

The Lounge is a large and bright room with dining table and four chairs and two settees. It also has a television with UK satellite receiver and a DVD player and stereo CD/cassette/radio. Air Conditioning and Heater unit are fitted in all main rooms. Freestanding fans are also provided if preferred.

The house is situated in a quiet residential complex with many UK ex-pat permanent residents in the area. The development has a large communal swimming pool in a landscaped lawned area.

There are also several beaches within 5 minutes drive from the house. The nearest being Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. There are also many pubs and restaurants (Spanish, Chinese, Indian, British, Italian,) within 5 minutes walk and many more within 20 minutes. Nearby, there is also a local bus with a regular summer service into Torrevieja, which is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes, bars, discos, restaurants, Aqua Park and famous street market. A taxi to Torrevieja will cost circa 10 euros.

There are also bargains to be had at the many local markets such as the Saturday one at Playa Flamenca which is one of the largest in the area (20 mins walk). There are also plenty of good local supermarkets within 5 minutes drive as well as restaurants and bars in abundance.

Golfers

The house is also ideally situated for golfers, being only a 15 minute drive from the Championship Golf Courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor and a 35 minute drive to the world famous La Manga club golf course.

Airports

Alicante Airport is a 35 minute drive and Murcia Airport a 25 minute drive. Whilst it is not essential to hire a car unless planning a golfing trip, there are many beautiful places to visit locally to enhance your holiday.
A pre arranged Airport pick up service can be arranged for 50 Euros from Alicante and 40 Euros from Murcia.
