Walks are led by trained leaders, one at the front and one at the back so that you can walk at your own pace. Leaders carry First Aid packs.

In Bushey, walks start at 10.30am every Thursday – unless otherwise notified on this website.(Click Late News below).
They start from La Dolce Vita café in King George Park, King George Avenue and last about half an hour.

At the end of the walk we usually go into the cafe for refreshments and a chat.
It is all friendly and informal and it doesn't matter whether you have walked before or not. The walks are all on pavements or good footpaths, with some short inclines. Just wear sensible shoes and be prepared in case it rains.

Just join us a few minutes before 10.30am.
