What is The Pottery Project?The Pottery Project in Berkhamsted is a great place to meet friends, bring the kids or just indulge yourself in creativity.
We have an extensive range of plain white pottery ready for you to decorate, from children’s ornaments to a full dinner service. Our paints range from delicate pastels to vibrant primary colours, which means we have something for all budgets, tastes and abilities.
We serve a great range of home prepared food and drink including delicious cakes.
You don’t even have to paint any pottery!

Come and Paint for Pudsey! On Friday 20 November we will be donating £1 from every painter’s studio fee to the BBC’s Children in Need appeal to raise funds for disadvantaged children and young people in the UK. You can try your luck in our Pudsey competition or buy a tasty homemade Pudsey cookie, with all proceeds going to the charity.
With Christmas approaching, this is a perfect opportunity to paint presents for family and friends (or even a little something for yourself!) whilst supporting Children in Need. Come and join the fun!
Looking for an alternative night out? Bored of the pub or the usual meal out with the office? Why not come to us; bring friends, a bottle (or a few!) and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while you paint. NO ARTISTIC SKILLS REQUIRED!
The next open evening (Adults only) is on Thursday 10th December. Booking is advisable as these events are proving very popular… (Please note: our adult evening on Thurs 26th Nov is now fully booked!). These events are great opportunity to relax, catch up with the gossip and create some special Christmas gifts! Alternatively please contact us if you have another date in mind.
