fulfil his wishes.
Penned over 100 years ago, this
work traces the history of Nazeing using original documents, deeds, charters
and other historical works, interspersed with considerable local knowledge.

illustrations (mostly drawn by the author) and facsimiles or transcriptions
of old deeds, wills, etc..
