WAHS hold monthly lectures from September to May each year.
Lectures are now held at the
Parish Centre in the middle of the Abbey Gardens, next
to the Abbey
Church. Admission is free for members and visitors,
though a £1 donation is invited from non-members.
There is a large car park leading off the Crooked Mile
roundabout which is free in the evenings, and other
car parks in town are not too far away.

The
evening lasts from 8pm sharp to about 10pm, with tea
or coffee and biscuits available in the interval.
Our bookstall will also be available for browsing, and our officers will try to
deal with informal enquiries.
