Home vs Spurley Hey

Hazel Grove Goal fest!

An all round great display from the whole team in both matches.

1st Match

Hazel Grove 6 Spurley Hey 0

Goals came from Benny Barber 2 George B 2 Mikey 1 and scoring his debut goal Lewis Rodgersl. The two Harry's - Moss and Garrity both had impressive games as did Luke who played well in a new defensive position.

2nd Match

Hazel Grove 7 Spurley Hey 1

Greg cetainly had his shooting boots on by scoring an impressive 4 goals, this was nearly matched by Joe who scored a hatrick adding to his season tally. The goal capped a great performance by the rest of the team with Tom and James solid at the back, little Ben Adam and Scotty running and tackling well and Macauley solid in goal.

Home vs Lisburn St.Anthonys

1st Match

Hazel Grove 1 Lisburn 4

This game is probably best forgotten, as most of the players did, forgetting how to play football. The team was half asleep throughout the match with players wandering out of position and not listening to touchline advise, however things did get better.

2nd Match

Hazel Grove 4 Lisburn 1

This was a much better display with the team playing together and Scotty and little Ben putting in their best displays of the season.

We only have 2 matches remaining; away against the unbeaten Great Moor and home to Juno.
