2004

2004 was an unusual year too, characterised by

• very little paid employment, though a good contract in December
• some Charity work,
• sorting all kinds of PC problems for friends and neighbours,
• still playing Bridge - down to only 2 or 3 sessions a week by year end,
• proof reading the British Go Journal,
• volunteer at Reading and GBBF,
• keyhole op to fix the torn knee cartilage,
• mini-breaks in Guernsey, Essex and Paris.

Finally, have a broadband connection.

Never seemed truer to say that "it is easy to get a job when you already have one".
