I first produced a 'family' web site in late 1999, and maintained it into 2000. That site was based on frames and Javascript. It is still available but note that most of the email addresses in it are no longer used. I can now be contacted via BJC@bcs.org.

I was also Webmaster for BCS Berkshire Branch in early 2000, and created a Javascript based site, though readily gave up the role to Kirby who was keen to use the later developed BCS common approach.

In late 2002 I was given back the Webmaster role for the BCS Berkshire Branch site, which prompted the creation of this new site using the wonderfully flexible XML technology. To learn how the BCS site is generated visit the BCS site

In 2003 I revamped the BCS Berkshire site to latest BCS Style guidelines and moved it to its new URL at http://berkshire.bcs.org.uk/index.htm .
