Electronic Boiler Control (Automatic)
Control the water level in your model boiler.

Regrettably, there were a few errors in the published circuit and parts list, this has been (mostly) corrected in a future issue.
Meanwhile the correct circuit can be downloaded in zipped form for printing at your leisure.

As you will be aware from reading the article, the object of this unit is to control water flow to your boiler.
This is achieved by choosing one of two options built into IC2:

1. Pump valve can be controlled mechanically using a servo driven from pin 10 of IC2.
          OR
2. Using Q2 (MOSFET) to switch the power supply to the pump on/off.


You are welcome to obtain parts from wherever you wish, the article in "Model Engineer" suggests some sources.
The PIC chip is, however, only available from myself as it was bespoke for this project.
Other parts are also available from me, some of which are listed below to coincide with the article.
You can, of course, build on stripboard rather than the PCB.
