Shirley is known for her creative twisted designs and her eye for detail. She is an International Instructor and has taught at many Balloon Conventions and Qualatex events around the world
Her work has been featured in both the "Balloon Magic" and "Balloon Images" magazines and she is also the writer and author of numerous instructional books, articles and DVDs
Shirley is passionate about balloons, loves designing, teaching and passing on her knowledge helping others to reach their goals... and truly believes you never stop learning
