In a varied career, Bruce Ackland has been a crime and court reporter, public sector IT journalist, international business magazine editor and arts reviewer.

He has interviewed everyone from top politicians to Hollywood actors and music stars and has sat on film festival panels. He has also been a judge on industry awards panels and has spoken at industry conferences in the UK, Europe and North America.

His news reporting has included high profile murder cases and inquests as well as extensive work on the UK political scene. Bruce has had his work featured on the internationally renowned Today programme on BBC Radio 4 and has previously worked for publishing houses including Reed Business Information, Euromoney and Trinity Mirror.

He has also advised a number of companies on their press relations in Europe and the US and has been involved in the media for 16 years.

Martin has worked as a journalist and editor since 1995, in diverse geographical locations across Europe, Asia and North America.

As editor across a broad spectrum of titles he has specialised in recruitment and work place issues in the UK and Europe and the global office products sector. He is also an expert on Russia and China and has advised a number of companies there on press-related issues.

Martin has previously worked with global companies such as Euromoney as well as Russian financial analysts Renaissance Capital. He has also worked with Trinity Mirror, The Times, The Guardian, The Evening Standard, The Independent and The Moscow Times in editorial and journalistic capacities.

He speaks fluent Russian as well as being a very good speaker of Mandarin.
