Dining area with seating for 8-10 people. Large salmon and brown polished granite table with beech wood chairs all set up in the kitchen with ample space and excellent ambience.

2 showers + 1 Bath.
Luxury Bathrooms 1 & 2  - Toilet, bath / Shower Enclosure, Bidet, Tuscany ceramic washbasin with marble surround. Cabinet with large beauty mirror above sink in both bathrooms.

Outdoor private pool with sun deck and easy access to summer kitchen, barbeque and outside Al Fresco dining area for 8. Pool area well-lit for evening parties and dining. The pool is filtered daily and maintenance is done once every week.

Children welcome, suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair access towards the back of the property. No pets allowed.

Notes:

The villa and its grounds are completely fenced with remotely operated electric gates at front-end of the property with another gate to the rear giving two separate access points and making it very safe for children.
