Wembley Sailing Club

The Welsh Harp Reservoir is one of London’s best kept secrets. It is situated in North- West London.
It is a conservation area and wild life centre, based upon a mile long stretch of water set in pleasant surroundings. The Lake runs alongside the North Circular road, but it is hard to believe that you are less than 5 miles from Marble Arch
.

Wembley Sailing Club has been established here for half a century.
We have a modern centrally heated building with hot showers, a galley serving hot food, and a bar with affordable prices. The Club has a comprehensive dinghy racing programme
Class racing at the club at the club for Merlin Rocket, RS200 MRX, Laser, GP14, Firefly & now the RS Vision
By clicking "classes" this will give you more information on the dinghies, there is a menu along the top for you to select the type of boat you are interested in.
To find out more about all the club activities click on the menu bar and we will do our best to give you the information you require.
On the contacts page there are telephone numbers and email addresses.

But best of all come along on a Sunday afternoon about 1.45pm and see for yourself.

The club is a RYA Training Centre
By clicking training you can find out what courses are available with the
Harp Sailing School.
Boats sailed but not raced at the club, , Mirror dinghy, Topper, Optimist.

Leisure Sailing
If racing is not your forte, then there is every opportunity for leisure sailing, and have a gentle potter around the lake, apart from the main launching pontoons there are two other pontoons further down the lake for you to stop off on and stretch your legs
.
