course. We have set up the.. New Members
Club (NMC) the aims are to meet every other Sunday afternoon throughout
the season, to help you find sailing partners, to give advice on boat rigging
and sail setting. This has proved very popular with out newest members. All
training with the NMC is free.

for you either during the week (1pm- 5pm) or at weekends what is best for
you.

Children's
Sailing
One of the great successes of last four years has been the.Oppies,
we are now getting regularly over 20+ children from 8 years upwards sailing
every alternate Sunday, we have 13 club Optimist dinghys. All children must
wear buoyancy aids, the club has a duty of care for the children on the water,
but Parents or Guardians must take responsibility when ashore. If you would
like your child to take part in this great sport, contact the club or just
come along one Sunday and talk to us. Sailing instruction for children in
Oppies is £80 for the season. A safety boat is always on station when
there is organized sailing. The clubhouse, the committee boat and safety boat
are in radio contact.
Our are trained by Harp Young Sailors. see children's sailing for details.
