When I first started painting and sketching in the great outdoors I soon began to realise that certain aspects of the landscape generated more problems than others. One of the problems, amongst many I might add, was depicting realistic looking sheep. To overcome this I started to practice drawing and painting sheep and some of the more successful attempts are included on this page, although I do have a bin full of rejects.
