All orders for goods are accepted by A-Z Locksmiths subject
to the following conditions which shall form part of and govern
the contract of sale. Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to
be acceptance of these conditions of sale.
1. Availability of goods
All items on our website are offered subject to availability.
If an item ordered is out of stock the vendor will notify the
purchaser by email within 3 working days of the order being
placed. It shall advise of any expected delay in dispatch and
use its best endeavors to comply with any stated delivery date,
which is intended as an estimate only and is not to be the essence
of the contract. In the event of the vendor being unable to
effect delivery the vendor reserves the right to terminate the
contract or part thereof by giving notice by e-mail to the purchaser
along with a return of funds.
2. Property and risk
For so long as any amounts remain owing from the purchaser to
the vendor, the title to the property of the goods shall remain
with the vendor and ownership shall not pass to the purchaser
until the vendor has received payment in full.
3. Design Variation
The vendor shall only publish or advertise the identity model
and description of the product as per the manufactures specifications.
Minor variations in specification such as in co lour or other
cosmetic design shall entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract
and shall not be the subject of any claim against the vendor
by the purchaser. The vendor makes every effort to ensure that
goods supplied correspond in every respect with the published
specification or description.
4. Information on web site
Information on the web site is provided without warranty of
any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited
to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose or non-infringement. The information may
include technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. Changes
may periodically be made to the information displayed on the
web site.
5. Claims
Liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality caused
during shipping, shall not be accepted unless the vendor is
notified by email or in writing within three days of delivery.
No liability for any claim in respect of goods differing in
quantity from the particulars given on the delivery note will
be accepted unless notified by the purchaser within three days
of receipt.
6. Customer satisfaction
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it within 14 days of the date of purchase, with your
receipt, providing it is unopened. This excludes software, any
specially ordered or discounted products.
7. Product quality
If your product should develop a fault within 14 days of purchase,
we will exchange it for an equivalent product where available.
(Your product should still be in new condition and with the
original packaging, accessories and receipt).
8. Product warranty
All products sold by A-Z Locksmiths carry a minimum manufactures
warranty of 12 months. This warranty specifically excludes faults
caused by accident, neglect or misuse. During the period of
guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be
repaired free of charge for both parts and labour. In some cases
the product will be exchanged.
9. Returns Procedure
Please email us at azlocksmiths@msn.com
to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). This
RMA is required in order for us to accept any returned goods.
If the product is less than 14 days from purchase, we will replace
the product locally from stock when available.
Please return the goods in the original packaging. Hard drives
etc. must be packed in full anti static envelopes with adequate
packaging. The RMA must be clearly marked on the shipping advice.
Returned units will be tested as near to the fault conditions
as possible as those described on the returns form. If the information
provided is insufficient or inaccurate basic tests will be performed
and the unit will be returned if No Fault is found. All shipping
charges will be borne by the customer.
Any item found damaged through misuse or incorrect installation
will be subject to a chargeable repair.
Returned goods will be repaired or replaced at our absolute
discretion, as soon as possible, the targeted turnaround time
is 14 days subject to availability of parts.
10. Consequential loss
The extent of the vendors liability to the purchaser shall not
exceed the invoice value of the goods and the vendor shall not
be liable to the purchaser in respect of any loss or damage
whether direct, indirect, consequential or however else arising.
11. Acknowledgement of Copyright and Trademarks
A-Z Locksmiths recognise and acknowledge the rights of all copyright
and trademark owners where used on this web site.
12. A-Z Locksmiths hold no responsibility for any problems
caused due to downloading files / images / audio, from our web
site. All downloads and links to other site are at your own
risk.
13. All work carried out by A-Z Locksmiths is guaranteed for
12 Months. All complaints should be written within 14 days of
the invoice date to: The Complaints department, Unit 30, Kinghorn
Sq, Sunderland, SR5 4AR.
14. Any additional work to be carried out, Will be charged
at our standard rates, Plus parts ( if required ).
15. We reserve the right to cancel any warranty's due to the
misuse of any products supplied by A-Z Locksmiths.
16. Law and Jurisdiction
If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to
be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability
of the remainder of the conditions. A-Z Locksmiths operates
its web site A-Z Locksmiths from its office in England. Accordingly
the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including
the use of, this web site and the material contained herein.
If you choose to access our Web site from outside England and
Wales, you do so at your own initiative and you hereby agree
that in the event of dispute between the Company and yourself
the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
