This home page is to advise the people of Tring & District of the activities of Tring Crime Prevention Panel and Tring & District locality Police.
The Crime Prevention Panel works in partnership with the Neighbour Police team and other organisations. It meets once a month to discuss any crime problems affecting the area and examine possible solutions.
Crime Prevention Panels are not police-run. Panel Members come from all walks of life and bring with them their own experience and knowledge of the area.
The local police provide useful information including regular updated crime figures and co-ordinate the police contribution with the panel’s activities.
Locality
Policing Tring’s Neighbourhood Police team consists of one Sergeant, three Constables and three Community Support Officers. Their primary concern is the Tring & District Community.
