Jack thinks: Why can’t she just draw a picture and tell us this in English fer cryin’ out loud? This is soooo dull.

Teal’c thinks:  Major Carter is most intelligent. I am really impressed by her ability to improve upon Goa’uld technology to the advantage of the Tau’ri.

Daniel thinks: Okay, I think I understand what she’s saying. Well, I know what the words mean, but I’m not sure. I think she’s found a way to get more out of the hyper-drive… Oh damn it, I’m lost!

 

Sam says: “I think we’ll need to develop a new process to correctly analyse the diagnostics from the wormhole integrity evaluation sub-routine….”

Jack thinks: Blah blah blah, yadda yadda yadda. Daniel looks as bored as I feel.

Teal’c thinks: Indeed, Major Carter is very intelligent, but is this really relevant to this particular briefing meeting?

Daniel thinks: I hope I don’t look as bored as I feel. This is all very well, but why do we need to know this? It’s got nothing to do with any of us…

 

Sam says: “Of course, we could try reversing the polarity….”

Jack thinks: Whatever, just do it…

Teal’c thinks: If we just agree to this will she end this interminable meeting now?

Daniel thinks: Isn’t that just the same as putting the batteries in backwards? How the hell will that solve anything?

 

Sam says: “…. so what do you think?”

Jack thinks: Wha’? Damn it, I must have nodded off. I hope Daniel took notes… shit, he’s drawn little stick men everywhere.

Teal’c thinks: I was hoping she was not going to ask for our opinions on this matter. Perhaps Daniel Jackson was paying attention and can assist us.

Daniel thinks: Oops! She knows we weren’t paying attention. Perhaps if I pretend to be suddenly taken ill we might just all get out of this alive….
