We aims to reflect the most accurate information on our prices at all times. We will make all reasonable efforts to present accurate
information but we cannot guarantee the price or our ability to supply any
particular training programme.

we recognises the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information. All
information you give to Tractatus Training is stored securely, and is not
accessible to other users. Rest assured that any information you give to Tractatus
Training will not be distributed to any other companies .
We are committed to
protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about
you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect
information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and
secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you
or pass your information to another trader unless you have given us your
consent. In order to process your payment we may, however, provide financial
information to our account processors (including Banks and such organisations).
In addition, you may notify us if you do not wish to receive any further

payment processing though the secure channels of our banking partners. We may

Refunds No Refunds can be given for training
programmes once booked. However should you not be able to attend one of our
programmes and have give sufficient notice (at leased 14 days) then it may be possible
to re-schedule your training. This will be at our discretion and depends on the availability
of spaces on future programmes.
Use of Site
Tractatus Training reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts,
and/or cancel transactions at its discretion, if we believes that customer
conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable law or Tractatus Training
terms and conditions, or is harmful to the interests of Tractatus Training. This
