The ceremony, which took place at a gathering of some description, was in respect of something the bloke had achieved, won, or whatever.

Dr. Ashen handed over the thingy whilst performing the world's longest handshake (see photograph) and muttering some nonsense.

The receiving bloke seemed quite pleased, we think.

Dr. Ashen has so far resisted the temptation to come up with 'humourous' captions for the photograph.
