Energy Levels I know this is going to sound like your Mums, but what and when you eat will seriously affect your performance in Games and Training. Your bodies are like High Performance Cars, if they do not have the correct fuel in them, their performance is reduced and if they have no fuel they don't work. So before matches your bodies need to be full of fuel, which needs to be digested and converted to energy so that your engines are in peak condition. So make sure you have a good Breakfast!!!
