Draft Duty Rota for 2009
Hello, better late than never from Tony Cropper
Delph Sailing Club is a voluntary club, run by it's members for it's members.
Every member accepts an obligation to contribut with covering some duties. The Dinghy Racing days are perhaps the most consuming in effort in that there are 380 "slots" to be filled from what appears to be 115 entries from the membership. So on average your name will appear three times, but for some more than that. If I have missed you out or you are willing to offer additional cover please contact me and I can put a reserve list on the swop page.
Some members did respond to my request for any commitments they know about so I hope I have worked round them.
Unless there are some major erros pointed out, this scheme is now "fixed". Please deal with any swops via the Swop page on the website- it has worked quite well previously for those who gave advanced notice- SO PLEASE CHECK THE ROTA NOW
