Sailing Instructions for Closed Club Events 2009-12

With the publishing of the Racing Rules of sailing 2009-12. The opportunity has been taken to revise the sailing Instructions for Closed Club events. The Format has changed so that there is the main body of the SIs as Part 1 and separate Appendices for particular elements that apply to a particular Race Series or one day event.
