Vistapark Resort is situated in a peaceful location just off US Highway 27 and 1 minute south of the intersection with 192 West. Shops, restaurants, banks and post office are less than 3 minutes away. There is a new 24 hour Walmart Supercenter and a Publix supermarket both within 2 minutes of the house.

One of Central Florida's newest communities, Vistapark is in close proximity to many golf courses and enjoys special privileges at the Greg Norman 36 hole championship course as well as the legendary David Leadbetter Golf Academy - both just a few minutes drive away.
