With a background in languages, art, Transpersonal Psychology, astrology, hypnotherapy, NLP, and writing for children, Anna has run lively classes and workshops in psychological and spiritual self-realization since 1984. She works with groups and individually with adults and children, to help them help themselves to solve all kinds of problems and improve in performance and confidence.

A regular guest speaker at conferences, residential workshops, and on the radio, Anna has taught A Course in Miracles© for many years, and since 1995 has run The Journey Home programme of monthly articles and workshops.
